I perosnally think a schoolteacher's value cannot be assessed by their students' test scores or feedbacks. Teachers teach their students in terms of not only education but also principles in a classroom or how to relate with other classmates. Not every lesson school teachers grant their students is tangible and visible instantly. For instance, if there is a student who struggles with having a good friendship with their peers, a schoolteacher can help them to be more social by instructing how to express their thoughts or emotions in a mannerful way or inducing them to be more bold in speaking out their own thoughts. These aspects are not represented by students' test scores. Feedback system is also not reliable because a student can feel terrified while being advised by their teacher. They may give bad response to questions about whether their teacher followed obligations as a teacher, which may have bad influences on such teachers' assessment. However, a senior teachers' evaluation can genuinely assess a fellow teacher's performance in a classroom. That's because they share lots of things in common. They can objectively view each other, and also a teacher with a deep understandings and experiences can evaluate his or her colleauges with relatively objective viewpoints. Therefore, I think more-experienced teachers should particiate in evaluation of less-experienced teachers.

Every child's time is of value, so it needs to be spent with a careful manner and consideration. Wether going on field trips is going to be helpful for students education depends on how the subiective or topic of that trip matches a student who participate in it. Some students can feel no interest in visiting, for instance, dinosaurs museumparks, and would rather be pleased to go to meuseumparks related to space rockets or astronomy. Others, on the other hand, can have fun going around various sections of dinosaurs museumparks, learning lots of things they have questioned and wondered. I think this kind of situation can happen if students go on a educational trips. However, if students learn something new in their classroom, things are a lot better. In classroom, students can learn what they want. For example, even though the subject of the class is not fit their interest, they can ask their teachers about things they are curious about and can be responsed directly. Therefore, I think students had better stay in a classroom.

As far as I'm concerned, university graduates had better work for a well-known company, rather than a small start-up business. Most graduates aged between 20s and 30 generally don't have much money, which means the first instinct they feel and the first thing they actually need is to earn money in the first place. In terms of that, a large company with a yearly stable profit is the best option they would choose from. First, they can depict on their resume such a kind of company with great value, which may help them in the future when they go out for a job. Second, they can experience the high-quality workspace and colleagues of a large company, from which they can learn the principles of work, improving themselves. On the other hand, small companies have lots of possibilities to lose their position or to be not paid on time because such companies' revenue isn't stable and not promising. It is more like a reckless advanture without a gurantee. Therefore, I personally think a company with great value is the best option university graduates may select on.
