I personally think even though its industry scale may decrease, cinemas will never cease to exist as long as its features are beloved by people. There have been notable shift in consumer preferences from the traditional "in-theater" movie experience to streaming services. Ott, web streaming websites such as Netflix or Watcha are now more favored by the majority of people. However, going to the movies is special as a form of collctive experience. Cinemas as a building provide the perfect environment for the audience to fully focus on movies. The dark surroundings, delicious sidesnacks like popcorns or coke, and, most importantly, the dolby system that makes the audience deeply saturated by the atmosphere of the film are such things. These aspects are what streaming servicies can't offer to their customers. It only belongs to cinemas. Therefore, I think cinemas will never stop existing.

I personally think one of the most important benefits that museums can bring about is promoting tourism within the community or area where they are located. The more people travel to museums, the more surplus revenues local residents would gain. That's because tourists tend to use nearby services when they travle somewhere. In addition, museums can help form their region's indentity and function as a sort of landmark. Landmarks are important because they act as a symbol to represent the city or village as a whole. Muesums themselves have positive impressions because they are deeply related with fields of study and principle. People inconsciously associate museums with something highly scholaristic and sophisticated, which will inevitably help the region or area where museums are built have good images towards outlanders.

As far as I'm concerned, exquisite communication skills are the factor that makes one's leadership successful. Ledears should not be regarded as one of colleagues or workers. They are essentially not ordinary workers who write documents or run around the company, but those who bonds the team or community to which they belong together. If leaders were not a special thing and just one of the elements operating the comany, excellent technical background may be important. However, whether leaders and their team or company are successful hinges on how greatly they perform as a glue that helps colleagues and workers cooperate with synergy effects. To mingle various departments and employees, leaders have to use their communication skills properly, which is the reason why it is more important than technical backgrounds.

As far as I'm concerned, protecting the environment is more important than economic success. Of course, people work to be successful in their lives. They want to be richer and don't want to starve due to lack of money or foods. From some point of view, economic success may seem to be more crucial for people's happiness over not polluting the environment.
However, what matters here is that the environment itself is actually deeply connected with people's happiness. Let's say we are no longer able to see one of the bird species or eat a certain kind of fruit owing to environmental harms by industries. Maybe that's more directly related to people's overall well-being. Therefore, I think economic success should not pose significant threats to the environment.
