Therefore shall the Lord, the Lord of hosts, send among his fat ones leanness; and under his glory he shall kindle a burning like the burning of a fire. And the light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame: and it shall burn and devour his thorns and his briers in one day;

And shall consume the glory of his forest, and of his fruitful field, both soul and body: and they shall be as when a standard-bearer fainted.

* 사10:15~19. 도끼가 어찌 찍는 자에게 스스로 자랑하겠으며 톱이 어찌 켜는 자에게 스스로 큰 체 하겠느냐 이는 막대기가 자기를 드는 자를 움직이려 하며 몽둥이가 나무 아닌 사람을 들려함과 일반이로다. 그러므로 주 만군의 여호와께서 살찐 자로 파리하게 하시며 그 영화의 아래에 불이 붙는 것같이 맹렬히 타게 하실 것이라.

이스라엘의 빛은 불이요 그 거룩한 자는 불꽃이라 하루 사이에 그의 형극과 질려가 소멸되며 그 삼림과 기름진 밭의 영광이 전부 소멸되리니 병인이 점점 쇠약하여 감 같을 것이라 그 삼림에 남은 나무의 수가 희소하여 아이라도 능히 계산할 수 있으리라.

이스라엘의 거룩한 자는 하나님이신데 하나님의 사명자인 말세 종이 거룩하게 되는 것입니다. 사4장에서 소멸의 불을 받아 자기 자신의 죄악을 태우고 섶나무인 원수 마귀의 세력인 공산당을 태우는 것입니다. 마귀를 소멸하는 불이 되는 것입니다.

이 불의 역사가 있어야 이 시대에 참 종인 것입니다. 말씀의 불이요, 소멸의 불이요, 심판의 불이요, 성령의 불입니다. 거룩한 자가 되어야 신과 같이 쓰임 받을 말세 종이 되어 공산당을 때려 부수는 것입니다. 그 거룩한 자가 받는 것이 또한 세세왕권을 받는 것이며 그 비밀과 은혜가 촛대교회에 역사하는 것입니다. 그 종이 기도하면 천군이 움직이고 불이 떨어지고 재앙으로 땅을 치는 역사가 일어나는 종이 나와야 하는 것입니다(계11:3 증인 권세).

  하나님께서 공의의 신이시니 아무리 사랑한 자라도 순종치 않을 적에 하나님이 직접 치는 것도 아니고 순종치 않는 자를 지배할 권리가 있는 마귀의 나라를 들어서 치게 하는 것은 하나님의 공의의 법이니 공의라는 것은 순종하면 하나님이 싸워주고 순종치 않으면 마귀의 세력에게 맡긴다는 것이 공의이기 때문입니다.

그러므로 다윗 왕국이 말씀에 순종치 않을 적에 언제나 강한 이방을 들어 썼던 것입니다. 강한 이방이 이 모략을 모르고 오히려 교만해서 하나님을 무시하고 자기 힘을 자랑하게 될 때에 강한 이방을 없애버리는 하나님의 모략적인 방법이라는 것입니다.

@ 야곱 족속은 불이 될 것이요 요셉 족속은 불꽃이 될 것이며 에서 족속은 초개가 될 것이라 그들이 그의 위에 붙어서 그를 사를 것인즉 에서 족속에 남은 자가 없으리니 이는 여호와께서 말씀하셨음이라(옵18).

@ And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, said the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.(Is.31:9).

@ 그의 반석은 두려움을 인하여 물러가겠고 그의 방백들은 기호를 인하여 놀라리라 이는 여호와의 말씀이라 여호와의 불은 시온에 있고 여호와의 풀무는 예루살렘에 있느니라(사31:9).

@ 불을 피우고 횃불을 둘러 띤 자여 너희가 다 너희의 불꽃 가운데로 들어가며 너희의 피운 횃불 가운데로 들어갈 찌어다 너희가 내 손에서 얻을 것이 이것이라 너희가 슬픔 중에 누우리라(사50:11).

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the remnant of Israel, and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again stay upon him that smote them; but shall stay upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God. For though your people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness. For the Lord GOD of hosts shall make a consumption, even determined, in the midst of all the land.

* 사10:20~23. 그 날에 이스라엘의 남은 자와 야곱 족속의 피난한 자들이 다시는 자기를 친 자를 의뢰치 아니하고 이스라엘의 거룩하신 자 여호와를 진실히 의뢰하리니 남은 자 곧 야곱의 남은 자가 능하신 하나님께로 돌아올 것이라. 이스라엘이여 네 백성이 바다의 모래 같을찌라도 남은 자만 돌아오리니 넘치는 공의로 훼멸이 작정되었음이라. 이미 작정되었은즉 주 만군의 여호와께서 온 세계 중에 끝까지 행하시리라.

* 강해) 이때에 이스라엘이 아무리 바다의 모래같이 많을지라도 남은 자는 소수가 된다는 것이 하나님의 작정이니 만군의 여호와께서 온 세계 중에서 끝까지 행하시리라 하셨습니다. 이제는 악의 세력을 들어 쓰고 거룩한 자로 북방을 이기게 하는 것이 하나님의 작정입니다. 그러니 지금 까지는 믿음으로 칭의를 받은 것이지만 이제는 남은 자가 되려면 거룩하다 칭함을(칭성) 받아야 한다는 것입니다. 하루빨리 말씀 무장하여 순종하고 새 노래 호소를 많이 해서 은혜를 많이 받아 성신의 분량을 채워야 거룩해집니다. 하루빨리 환란에 남을 자가 될 만한 신앙준비를 하여야 합니다. 신앙준비에는 삼대 무장이 있는데 말씀 무장, 사랑 무장, 인격 무장이 그것입니다.
