Therefore , since through God's mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart.
Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
And even of our gospel is veiled it is veiled tot hose who are perishing.
The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbeilevers so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
For we do not preach ourselves but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for jesus'sake.
For God who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine out of darkness." made his light shine in our heards to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all -surpassing power isf rom God and not from us.
We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed. perpleved, but not in despair;
persecuted, but not abandoned struck down, but not destoyed.
We always carry around in our body thed eath of jesus, so that that the life of jesus may be revealed in our body.
For we who are alove are always being given over to death for Jesus sake so that his life may be revealed in oyr mortal body.
So then,d eath is at work in us, but life is at work in you.
It is written,"I believed therefore I have spoken" With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak.
because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you in his presence.
All this is for your benefit, so that theg race taht is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.
Therefore we do not not lose heart, Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that not on what is seen. but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but waht is unseen is eternal.
2 Corinchians 5
Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands.
Meanwhile we groan, longing to be clothed with our heavenly dweling
because when we aare clothed we will not be found naked.
For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdenced, because we do not wixh to be unclothed but to be clothed with our heavenly dweling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.
Now it is God who has made us for this very purpose and has given us the Spirit as a deposit. ruaranteeing waht is to come.
Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we ae at home in tje body we are away from the Lord.
We live byf aith, not by sight.
We are confindent, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body anda t home with the Lord.
So we make it our goal to please him. whether we are at home in the body or away from it.
For we must all appear before the jdugement seat of Christ, that each one may receive waht is due him fpr the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.
Since, then, we know waht it is to dear the Lord. we try to persuade men, What we are is plain to God, and I hope it is also plain to your conscience.
We are not trying to your commend ourselves to you again, but are giving you an opportunity to take pride in us, so that youc an anmswer those who take pride in us, so that you can answer those wjo take [ride in waht is seen tather than inw aht is in the heart.
If we are out of our mind, it is for tje sale of God. if we are in our right mind, it is for you,
For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all , and therefore akk died.
And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live fpr themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.
So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way. we do so no longer.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. the old has gone, the new has come!
All this isf rom God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconcilation.
that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting m,en's sins against them. And je has committed to us the message of reconcilition.
We are therefore Christ's ambassaddors, as though us. We implore you on Christ's behalf; Be reconclied to God.
God made him who had not sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
