Welcome to a guided tour with Simon^^
Today's spot is 'Senate square,' which is located on the center of Helsinki.
This square is renowned for Government and business buildings, the Staute of Alexander 2 and Helsinki cathedral.
As soon as arriving in Helsinki, I've been longing for a 'crystal-clear' day with little cloud in the blue sky.
I learned that Today's sky will be like a sappire blue, thus carried my camera and hit the road.
Why I needed the blue sky? The picture below is the answer.
The eyecatching contrast between blue and white is literally exhilarating and awesome, isn't it??!!
And I recently took a trip to northern Finland, and with the heaven-sent luck, I was able to take these..

Aurora borealis, or Northern lights! Ah.. amazing, astonishing, exciting, unbelievable, incredible, jaw-dropping, beautiful, gorgeous, marvelous, seductive, attention-getting, speechless....... and awesome!!!!!
(Let me memorize more words and expressions..!)
Aurora is highly affected by subtle changes in weather condition, so not everyone can witness this miraculous magic of mother nature. In this ragard, I was pretty lucky at that night. I am happy to share the pictures with you.
