네. 설연 님 너무나 예쁜 여인이라서 다시 만들어 보았어요. ^^

어제 저녁 때 삼계탕 구입해서 아침까지 먹게 했어요.

저는 닭다리 쿠팡에서 구입해서 껍질 벗겨서
삶아서 먹고 있어요.

나이 드니까 과일도 먹지 못하고 몸에 좋다가는 전복이나 장어도
해삼물 알레르기가 있는지 소화를 시키지 못해요.

설연 님 언제나 건강 먼저 잘 챙기시고
즐겁게 지내세요.
