Thank you for your last mails to which I quickly reply now, since we are 2 days before departure and have a little time.

1- There will not be any problem for your 3 minutes presentation. Dora Peter will confirm‎ you.

2- Since your accommodation and meals are not taken in charge by the organizers, you have to do by yourself your reservations. For Sofia, I draw your attention on the fact that the other participants will stay in Jasmin Hotel, and not in Central Park Hotel, as you wrote me in your mail of 23.

3- The Liaison Committee is an instance working without any person for this work at the office. So, I have no possibility to help you for your reservation in Sozopol, but may be Marie Claude could help you. Sorry!

4- You inform me now that Anam Kim will be with you: does that mean that it is a new participant whose stay is not taken in charge, but that we have to inform the organizers in Sozopol? I should have appreciated to be informed sooner.

Thank you for the information and answer.

I find your letter well written and very relevant.

You should send a copy of your request to Diego Gradis (tradi@tradi.info) ( the leader of the preparatory group) and you can say that I sent the confirmation of the presentation on behalf of Dr Koh last 22-08 to the group leader and NGO-Liaison Committee.

I'll contact the Liaison Committee's President again tomorrow morning at Unesco as well the group leader of the preparatory group to see whether everything is settled (I hope you will have managed to contact the hotel again for the reservation)

I guess we can sort out all this tomorrow morning (it's 11pm in France now).

Be sure of my support and I'm sorry about all this confusion and difficulties but Unesco is a very official organisation and everything has to be checked and approved.
