시원한 해변의 낭만
아름다운 여인의 미소가
참으로 운치 있고 멋스럽습니다
시원한 배경 이미지
감사해요
계속되는 폭염에
열대야가 기승을 부리네요
물 자주 마시고
오후 시간도
시원하게 보내세요

네.. 미소가 예쁜 귀여운 여인이지요. ^^

이 음악이 참 좋아 오래전부터 해마다 올리게 되나 봐요. ^^

오늘부터 영양제 끊고 식사도 과식하지 않으려고 노력하고 있어요.

돌아가신 시어머님께서
생전에 치매로 13년 고생하시다가 돌아가셨는데
물을 잘 드시지 않았고
설탕이 많이 든 아이스크림. 사이다. 프림 커피를 자주 드셨어요.
시어머님 50대 초반에 처음 뵈었는데
그 때도 치아가 없어서 틀니를 하고 계셨어요.

건강을 위해 먹는 것도 중요하니까
설연 님께서도 늘 잘 챙기세요. ^^
